Strong, Stronger, XL-Line 5.1 ... upgraded once again!
The 5.1 models are based on the proven 1:10XL 5 models, but have been given some additional parts and modifications. The models are now equipped with a center differential. This distributes the power perfectly between the two axles. An aluminum support for the front axle section ensures greater chassis rigidity. A dual-rate function for the throttle is now possible using the RACE X3 3-channel remote control. A switch can be used to select 100, 75 or 50 % maximum power at full throttle. The metal chassis, XL oil-pressure shock absorbers with aluminum parts, aluminum steering levers, steel CVD gimbals and ball bearings naturally remain standard features of the 1:10XL models in the 5.1 version. The TW-1 BR 5.1 is powered by a powerful 550 brushed motor, the brand new, high-quality DF Models DF-1060 speed controller with 60 ampere output and a 7.2 volt NiMH battery, allowing the model to accelerate to approx. 40 km/h. The DF-1000D 10 kg steering servo with XXL metal gearbox provides sufficient power in every situation.
